<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain moisture-proof property of a scintillator layer. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detector comprises: a support body 60; a scintillator layer 36 which is laminated inside an outer periphery of the support body 60 and converts incident radiation rays X to light; a light detection substrate 30 which converts light emitted from the scintillator layer 36 to electric charge, has a linear expansion coefficient different from the support body 60, and is stuck to the scintillator layer 36 and forms a gap 72 between the light detection substrate and the support body 60; and an elastic sealing film 78 with which the gap 72 is filled so as to cover a side face of the scintillator layer 36, and whose film thickness at a center part 78A is thinner than a film thickness at an end part 78B on a side of the support body 60 and a film thickness at an end part 78C on a side of the light detection substrate 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
