<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezer-refrigerator which suppresses inflow of external air and can effectively use cooling energy. <P>SOLUTION: The freezer-refrigerator comprises: a freezer-refrigerator body in which a commodity take-out port is opened on the front surface and a commodity replenishment port is opened on the rear surface; and a shelf device which is installed inside the freezer-refrigerator body, the front surface of which faces the commodity take-out port and the rear surface of which faces the commodity replenishment port, and which has a plurality of stages of shelf plates in the vertical direction, enabling taking out of the commodity replenished in the rear area, on the front area. In the freezer-refrigerator, door bodies 6 which are disposed on each of the shelf plates 31 in such a form that a channel is secured between the rear end of the shelf plate 31 and the door body 6 on the inner part rear side area of the freezer-refrigerator body 2 and enable the replenishment of the commodity to the corresponding shelf plate 31 when the door body 6 is opened, and accordingly, the freezer-refrigerator is not opened largely even when the door body 6 is opened.
