A payment intermediating server receives personal identification information and can compare the personal identification information with personal identification information which is saved in the payment intermediating server. After the comparison, when the personal identification information matches the personal identification information which is saved in the payment intermediating server, a buyer server receives the personal identification information and personal verification information, extracts saved payment information corresponding to the personal identification information, and verifies personal identification and authorizes payment using the saved payment information and the personal verification information. As a result, leakage of personal information can be minimized by extracting the saved payment information from the buyer server rather than transmitting the saved payment information through a communication line.
