The gear has a shaft (14) connected with an internal gear of a planetary set (5) e.g. minus planetary set. The shaft is coupled with a drive shaft (2) via a clutch (10) and with another shaft (15) via another clutch (11). The latter shaft is connected with a sun gear of the planetary set and fixed at a housing (1) by a brake (8). A third shaft (17) connects a web of the planetary set with an internal gear of another planetary set (6). The drive shaft is coupled with a web of the latter planetary set. An output shaft (3) is coupled with a web of a third planetary set (7).
