PURPOSE: A device for oscillating and shocking a printed circuit board is provided to ensure application to a printed circuit board with a high aspect ratio and obtain desired results of desmear and electroless copper plating processes. CONSTITUTION: A device for oscillating and shocking a printed circuit board comprises a tank(10), a support frame(30), an upper frame(20), an oscillation motor(40), a shocking vibrator, and a controller. The upper frame is located in the tank and coupled with a rack. The oscillation motor provides oscillation to the upper frame. The shocking vibrator provides shocking to the upper frame. The controller commands random motions to the oscillation motor and the shocking vibrator.
