PURPOSE: A container position identification system is provided to make efficient logistics possible by accurately distinguishing the location of containers. CONSTITUTION: A location register is formed in the form of a printed circuit board. The location register comprises four infrared transceiving modules(110,120,130,140). The infrared transceiving modules are arranged to the right and left and top and bottom on the printed circuit board and transmits and receives infra-red signals in the vertical and horizontal directions. The location register includes an RF transmitting/receiving module(150). The RF transmitting/receiving module wirelessly communicates with a computer device.
