<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer member having a clamping part and being clamped between the two clamp parts. <P>SOLUTION: The clamp for at least one panel material includes a first clamp part 1 and a second clamp part 2. The clamp parts are adjustable to each other between an open position and a clamping position for a panel member 90, and at least elastomer members 10 and 10' are arranged between the two clamp parts 1 and 2 having area having U-shaped cross sections for gripping the panel member 90.
