<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reactor device which comes in a simple and compact composition, reduces heat generation in a coil and a core, and also equalizes the overall distribution of heat generation for increased cooling efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor device includes a case, an inductor component accommodated in the case, and a mold resin filled in a gap which is formed by the inductor component and the case. The inductor component comprises a core which, as a magnetic material, forms a magnetic path inside the device, a coil made of a conductor winding which is wound in substantially cylindrical form, an insulation bobbin which positions a wound part of the coil at a column-like part of the core and locks it there, and a sheet-like insulation member which insulates between the wound part of the coil and the case. The case is provided nearly at center of an inner bottom surface with a first protrusion which is formed therein with a circular column peripheral face in radius equal to or twice that of the wound part of the coil. The inductor component has the wound part of the coil placed on the circular column peripheral face of the case via the sheet-like insulation member and is held into position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
