<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of an end part holding member to a temperature sensor composed of a thermocouple or a resistance thermometer bulb provided with a protective pipe capable of achieving both of sufficient fixing strength and high sealability (airtightness). <P>SOLUTION: In the attachment structure of the end part holding member attached to the base end side of the protective pipe of the temperature sensor to arrange the temperature sensor through an installation wall, an attachment hole for receiving the protective pipe in an axial direction is formed on the end part holding member. An annular seal member, an annular pressing member for sealing, an annular fixing member, and an annular pressing member for fixing are arranged between the inner peripheral surface of the attachment hole and the outer peripheral surface of the protective pipe in order from the base end side. A locking step part for regulating movement of the annular pressing member for sealing to the base end side is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the attachment hole and the annular fixing member receives compression force between the annular pressing member for sealing whose movement is regulated by the locking step part and the annular pressing member for fixing to hold the outer peripheral surface of the protective pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
