<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle control device which controls to reduce a possibility that a succeeding vehicle hits an opened door when a vehicle is stopped on a road and an occupant opens the door. <P>SOLUTION: A radar for transmitting a detection wave (for example, millimeter wave) to backward is equipped at a rear side of a vehicle 10, and existence, a distance and speed etc. of the succeeding vehicle are calculated by the reflection wave. When the succeeding vehicle is detected, if the occupant of the vehicle 10 unlocks a door, the door is immediately returned to a locked state. When the vehicle 10 is not stopped, or there is no occupant in the vehicle 10, the transmission of the detection wave from a radar is stopped, and wasteful power consumption is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
