<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that wireless communication is often within an interference region because movement speed is high in high-speed movement, and bad signal quality of the wireless communication makes a failure rate of the handover increase, in the interference region. <P>SOLUTION: A base station device includes: a function that makes a wireless terminal report radio quality of the base station device to predict travel speed of the wireless terminal; and a function that determines whether movement speed of the wireless terminal is low-speed movement or high-speed movement from the reported radio quality, and provides a notification of a neighbor list for high-speed movement for a high-speed moving wireless terminal to activate handover by a handover table adjusted for high-speed movement beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
