<p>The present invention relates to a stator (1) for an electric generator, comprising a disk that is made of a magnetic material and that includes a plurality of elements (2, 17) made of a composite magnetic material arranged annularly around the axis of the stator (1), characterized in that each of said elements (2, 17) comprises a means for rigidly connecting adjacent elements (2, 17) together, consisting of portions (15, 16, 17) of elements (2, 17) having complementary shapes forming contact surfaces, and in that said contact surfaces are arranged transversely relative to the magnetic field lines generated in the disk when the generator is operating. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a stator (1) comprising a plurality of elements (2, 17) made of a composite magnetic material, including the steps of compacting the elements (2, 17) under pressure so as to obtain a means for rigidly connecting adjacent elements (2, 17) together, consisting of portions (15, 16, 17) of elements (2, 17) having complementary shapes forming contact surfaces, assembling the elements (2, 17) so as to form the stator (1), annealing the thus-assembled elements (2, 17) in an oven at a temperature of between 200°C and a maximum temperature enabling mechanical consolidation and optimized mechanical and electrical performance.</p> |
