The valve (110) has a switching mechanism i.e. ball-point pen mechanism, for optionally shifting the valve between switching positions using activation pressure (I) i.e. engine oil pressure, that is generated by an additional pressure generating device of a combustion engine. Workspaces (82, 92) are in fluid connection with an engine inner space (120) via a fluid groove. The mechanism is formed such that actuation of the valve is carried out when the pressure exceeds a predetermined threshold value, where the pressure exhibits different values based on the positions. An independent claim is also included for a combustion engine comprising an eccentric cam device.
