PURPOSE: An in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device and a driving method thereof are provided to supply stable common voltage to a liquid crystal panel by compensating common voltage. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel comprises a plurality of pixels, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of common lines. A feedback bar receives detection common voltage passed the liquid crystal panel. A common voltage driving part(600) supplies common voltage to a common wire. A common voltage feedback unit(700) creates compensation common voltage corresponding to the detection common voltage. The common voltage feedback unit transfers the compensation common voltage to the common voltage driving part. |
