Construction of chambers for THE ionization or electrolysis with a coaxial system, which mainly consists in the ionization of water by means of platinum titanium tubes intended to obtain alkaline and acid water, this water providing benefits to the human organism, if the blood pH in humans is from about 7.34 to about 7.44, it is very difficult that the organism becomes sick, there is no cancer, diabetes, arthritis, he/she being a healthy person, but if the pH is close to 7.29, the person may have ostheoporosis and he/she being close to have a heart or brain stroke; this acidified blood is thick but the alkaline water may neutralize the acidity and raise the blood pH, this helps people to use few drugs for regulating the blood pressure and avoid embolism, or improves the life quality in case of being in bad conditions; if the person is apparently healthy, the invention may avoid the so called silent diseases, the acid water may disinfect and remove viruses, fungi, spores and help clott ing, reducing the inflammation of the skin, as it is water it does not sting when applied in eye infections, this being useful in vaginal infections with some types of human papilloma and in general in rashes, burns, wounds in human and animal skin.
