<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose the parts structure of an instrument panel which improves the support strength of a striker and the rigidity of an opening and enlarges the capacity of the storage. <P>SOLUTION: The parts structure of the instrument panel 100, which has a storage above a glove box 120, includes an opening 118 for a tray provided above the glove box 120, a tray 130, which is a body separate from the instrument panel 100 and is attached to the opening 118 for a tray to constitute a storage, a striker 164, which engages with the lock 126 of the glove box 120, and a roughly plate-shaped striker reinforcement 160, which supports the striker 164.
