<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head exhaust port having a shape to improve cooling performance of exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder head 10 is mounted and fixed on an upper part of a cylinder block to form an intake/exhaust passage in relation to a cylinder formed in the cylinder block. In the cylinder head 10, an exhaust port 1, an intake port, a combustion chamber 2 and a water jacket 3 to be a cooling water passage are mainly formed.
