<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out a process of bonding an actuator unit with a wiring member even when a base material of the wiring member is overlapped by an actuator unit other than the corresponding actuator unit in a state of deployment. <P>SOLUTION: A base material 51 of COF50x includes a first region 51x, and a second region 51y which is other than the first region 51x facing an actuator unit 17 and is formed with no contact point. The second region 51y overlaps with the actuator unit 17 other than an actuator unit 17 facing the first region 51x in planar view when the second region 51y is deployed along an upper face 12x of a flow channel unit 12. The base material 51 is folded so that the second region 51y does not overlap with the other actuator unit 17 in planar view, and the second region 51y is connected to FPC50y to make a wiring module 50.
