<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an aluminum brazed product, which is hardly broken as stress in a joining interface is relaxed against a cooling cycle in production of the brazed product between soft aluminum and another material, by simple processes. <P>SOLUTION: On at least one surface of an aluminum base material (10) with Al purity of ≥99.9 mass%, Si particles (11) with a mean particle diameter of ≤25 μm are made to collide by cold spraying, and an Si layer (12) with an Si adhesion amount of 3-10 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is formed. A brazing material (15) is prepared by forming an Mg film (13) with an Mg adhesion amount of ≥0.3 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>by physical vapor deposition.
