<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for transmitting an electrical signal which suppresses ringing destabilizing receiver operation and emitting unnecessary radiation in a CMOS transmission circuit. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, in the circuit for transmitting an electrical signal having a CMOS driver, a transmission line and a CMOS receiver, a first diode 6 is connected in parallel with a PMOS FET 1 of the CMOS driver such that an anode electrode is connected to a driver output terminal, a second diode 7 is connected in parallel with an NMOS FET 2 of the CMOS driver such that a cathode electrode is connected to the driver output terminal, a device transconductance of the PMOS FET 1 is made equal to (saturation current)/(ideal coefficient×thermal voltage)<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of the first diode 6, and a device transconductance of the NMOS FET 2 is made equal to (saturation current)/(ideal coefficient×thermal voltage)<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of the second diode 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
