Provided is a wind turbine assembly and a management robot which may autonomously assemble and manage a wind turbine. The wind turbine assembly and management robot include: a recognition part which recognizes the three-dimensional space within the wind turbine and obtains image information to transmit the obtained image information; a working part for bolting a flange coupling part of a tower section; a manipulation part which moves a bolt, a nut, and the working part to the flange coupling part so as to bolt the bolt, the nut, and the working part to each other; a moving part which is horizontally moved along the flange coupling part or moved using a ladder or elevator within the wind turbine; a control part which controls at least one of the recognition part, the working part, the manipulation part, and the moving part; and a communication part which communicates with a remote control system.
