A combined air-conditioning and hot water supply system (100) which, when the temperature that has been set in a hot water supply unit (130) is higher than the temperature of the cooling medium discharged from a compressor (111) during the heating cycle, performs control so as to raise the target condensation temperature of an outdoor unit (110) to a temperature higher than the set target condensation temperature, and so as to decrease the degree of opening of an indoor throttle device (122) in comparison with the degree of opening that has been set so as to maintain a constant heating load for an indoor unit (120).
