The invention relates to a method for thoroughly sealing a building shell, wherein sealing systems (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) are drawn in between the floor insulation panels (3), wall insulation panels (6), and roof insulation panels (8) enclosing on all sides and all around the door and window elements (5) in a moisture- and water-resistant manner so that there is general leak-tightness between the inside and the outside of the building shell. At the transition interfaces of the building shell, for example wall-roof, a separate sealing system (10) is drawn in between wall insulation panels (6) and attached roof insulation panels (8) in an outer sealing region (10.1) located directly at the particular transition interface on the outside of the building shell, in a center sealing region (10.2) located between the surfaces of wall insulation panels (6) and attached roof insulation panels (8), and in an inner sealing region (10.3) defined by the surface along the connection point on the inside of the building shell between the building shell components in question. The sealing systems are substantially drawn in by means of sealing tapes (15), joint sealing materials, hard foam, and steel brackets (14) or cover plates. |
