The present invention relates to an RNA aptamer for an E. Coli O157:H7 strain, and more particularly, to an RNA aptamer that specifically binds to an E. Coli O157:H7 strain, and which is useful for detecting the E. Coli O157:H7 strain, a primary cause for food poisoning, by having a base sequence selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1-4, in which the 2'-hydroxyl group of uracil (U) and cytosine (C) are substituted with a fluoro group. The RNA apatamer can prevent the rotting of food products by specifically binding to the E. Coli O157:H7 strain and suppressing the activity thereof, and is useful for preventing and treating a disease selected from the group consisting of food poisoning, hemolytic uremic syndrome, and hemolytic anemia. |
