The present invention provides a shared channel resource allocation method based on SDMA, comprising: step 102, assigning a plurality of user terminals to different independent physical spaces to acquire independent physical space assignment information of the plurality of user terminals, and performing time-domain scheduling on the plurality of user terminals to determine the priority of the plurality of user terminals; step 104, determining the user terminal participating in frequency-domain scheduling in each independent physical space according to the independent physical space assignment information, the priority and the number of shared channel resources; and step 106, allocating the shared channel resources to the user terminals. Besides, the present invention further provides a shared channel resource allocation system based on SDMA. Through the shared channel resource allocation method and system based on the SDMA provided by the invention, the data transmission performance of users is guaranteed effectively, and the QoS of the users in the system and fairness among the users can be guaranteed more effectively.
