<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that can give accurate image data true to the reality when a dye sample image has been acquired by photographing the dye sample with transmitted light even if a plurality of textures are present within the focal depth of the imaging optical system. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises a feature quantity calculator 2501 that calculates first feature quantity of each pixel of a dye sample image, a compositional proportion calculator 2503 that calculates the compositional proportion of each compositional element in object pixels on the basis of the result of calculation by the feature quantity calculator, a reference value memory 233 that stores second feature quantities of compositional elements, a compositional element correction coefficient calculator 2509 that calculates a compositional element correction coefficient on the basis of the second feature quantity of each compositional element and the reference value, an object pixel correction coefficient calculator 2511 that calculates an object pixel correction coefficient on the basis of the compositional proportions and the compositional element correction coefficient that have been calculated, and a feature quantity corrector 2513 that corrects the second feature quantities of the object pixels on the basis of the result of calculation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
