<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof member which is used in an electronic product or the like, is easy in its assembling work, and is free from risks such as deterioration of the waterproof capacity even when used for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The waterproof member has a polymer sheet and UV resin layers formed on the polymer sheet. A method for producing the waterproof member includes the steps of: injecting a first UV resin solution into a first metallic mold; placing the polymer sheet on the first UV resin solution; press-bonding the placed polymer sheet to the first UV resin solution to stick them fast to each other; irradiating the stuck first UV resin solution with ultraviolet rays to cure the stuck first UV resin solution, so that the first UV resin layer is formed on the polymer sheet; injecting a second UV resin solution into a second metallic mold; placing the first UV resin layer-formed polymer sheet on the second UV resin solution; press-bonding the placed first UV resin layer-formed polymer sheet to the second UV resin solution to stick them fast to each other; and irradiating the stuck second UV resin solution with ultraviolet rays to cure the stuck second UV resin solution, so that the second UV resin layer is formed on the polymer sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
