<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage conversion device capable of easily pressurizing and securing a transformer to a housing and also capable of increasing a usable portion of a substrate pattern, while suppressing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage conversion device 1 includes: a transformer 2 having an upper core 21 and a lower core 22 disposed facing each other and a coil 23 disposed in such a manner that magnetic paths formed by the upper core 21 and the lower core 22 are interlinked with each other; and a housing 3 that houses the transformer 2. The housing 3 includes: a bottom part 31 having a mounting part 310 on which the transformer 2 is mounted to support a lower surface of the lower core 22; a side wall part 32 that rises upward from a peripheral edge 311 of the bottom part 31; and a cover part 33 that covers from above an inner space formed inside of the side wall part 32 and is arranged above the transformer 2.
