<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio IC tag which is durable and has high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the radio IC tag comprising a metal cylinder 1 having both ends made open, a radio IC chip 10, and a printed wiring board 2 where wiring of a matching loop circuit 5 having a terminal part electrically connected to the radio IC chip 10 is formed, the radio IC tag being characterized in that the printed wiring board 2 is installed in the metal cylinder 1, a part of the wiring of the matching loop circuit 5 is put close to an inner surface of the metal cylinder 1 to achieve electromagnetic coupling, and antenna impedance including the metal cylinder 1 is matched with the radio IC chip 10 by the matching loop circuit 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
