<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting machine capable of suppressing increase in total time required for actions for mounting components held on a tray onto a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting machine 100 includes a head unit 3 having a suction head 3a capable of simultaneously sucking four components, and a control device 13 for controlling the head unit 3. The control device 13 is configured to control the head unit 3 so as to perform a normal action for allowing the four components to be simultaneously sucked from a tray 10a, and a retry action for allowing an alternative component to be sucked from a predetermined block of the tray 10a when at least one component among the four components simultaneously sucked during the normal action is not mounted; and so as to cause the suction head 3a to simultaneously suck four components positioned at a block different from the predetermined block from which the alternative component has been sucked, when the next normal action is performed after performing the retry action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
