<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet making toy for making a plastic sheet to be laid under a writing paper by press-fitting a transparent sheet and a background sheet to each other. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic sheet making toy includes: a background sheet placement member 30 for placing the background sheet P; a base 10 having a pair of rails 14 along which the background sheet placement member 30 is slid; a pressing member 20 to be held by the base 10 across the pair of rails 14 above the slide position of the background sheet placement member 30; and a transparent sheet placement member 40 for defining a position in front of the pressing member 20 in the slide direction of the background sheet placement member 30 as a position to supply the transparent sheet S onto the background sheet P. The pressing member 20 is held by the base 10 at a fixed interval to press-stick the background sheet P and the transparent sheet S to each other, thereby keeping a proper interval between the pressing member 20 and the sliding background sheet placement member 30.
