<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure enabling an outer layer of a multilayered cosmetic container to be stably molded in a comparatively thin thickness without breaking a hollow inner container, while suppressing the phenomenon that visual color change at a corner of the hollow inner container is caused due to light having passed through the transparent or semitransparent outer layer, regarding a specific-shape multilayered cosmetic-container. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered cosmetic container includes: the opaque or semitransparent resin-made hollow inner-container including a neck with an opening, a body with a diameter larger than that of the neck, and a shoulder which connects the body to the neck; and a transparent or semitransparent outer resin layer injection over-molded on an outer side of the hollow inner container except a part or whole of the neck, or the whole of the neck and part of the shoulder. Here, a curvature radius r of a shoulder tip, which connects the shoulder to the body of the hollow inner container, is equal to or smaller than the half of the curvature radius R of the shoulder tip of the outer layer, which covers the shoulder tip from the body to the shoulder of the hollow inner container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
