<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the fixing of a packing to a portable terminal apparatus body by smoothing adhesion of an adhesive portion of the packing only to a bottom surface of a fitting groove to implement correct fixing in the fitting groove. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal apparatus 1 includes: a portable terminal apparatus body 2; a battery cover 5 mounted on a lower surface of the portable terminal apparatus body 2; and a substantially annular packing 3 held between the lower surface of the portable terminal apparatus body 2 and the battery cover 5. The lower surface of the portable terminal apparatus body 2 has a substantially annular fitting groove 8 in which the packing 3 can be fitted. The packing 3 has a normal width portion 3A extending longitudinally of the packaging 3 and having a width dimension capable of fitting in the substantially annular fitting groove 8, a small width portion 3B disposed in at least one region along the length of the packing 3 and having a smaller width dimension than the normal width portion 3A, and a double adhesive tape 9 disposed on a face of the small width portion 3B facing a bottom surface 8a of the fitting groove 8 so as to adhere to the bottom surface 8a of the fitting groove 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
