<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type water heater that is capable of improving the efficiency of energy, by reliably controlling inflow of intermediate temperature water to a lower part of a hot water storage tank, and also by using the intermediate temperature water for improving the insulation effect of the hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: The storage type water heater includes: the hot water storage tank 20; an intermediate temperature tank 21 arranged to cover the hot water storage tank 20; and a reheating heat exchanger 80 for reheating water in a bathtub; a primary side duct 60 for feeding a high temperature water in the hot water storage tank 20 to the reheating heat exchanger 80, and also for making the intermediate temperature water generated by the temperature decrease of the high temperature water due to the heat exchange at the reheating heat exchanger 80 flow in the intermediate temperature tank 21 from the upper part thereof; a secondary circulation duct 70 for making the water in the bathtub circulate to the reheating heat exchanger 80; and a water feeding duct for feeding the water flowing out of a lower part of the intermediate temperature tank 21, when the intermediate temperature water flows in from the primary side duct 60 into the intermediate temperature tank 21, into the hot water storage tank 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
