<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play apparatus of target hitting, and an arrow thereof, maintaining the appearance of a state where an approach angle of the arrow is retained and the arrow is stuck therein, when playing with a dart, a bow, and a bowgun. <P>SOLUTION: A released arrow 100 flies, and an arrowhead 11 as a tip of the arrow passes on an arrowhead passing face 201. Then, the arrowhead 11 is collided with a buffer 203 and the power is lessened, so that the arrowhead is caught between bristles raised like a brush, on the collision face 22 to stop the arrowhead. At this point, in the arrowhead passage face 201, a linear body 21 supports a shaft part 12 of the arrow to support the shaft part 12 without being hung down therefrom.
