<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory device which is capable of accelerating a user data write processing speed, and a memory control method. <P>SOLUTION: According to a memory device, a third storage section stores a flag which is corresponding to a logical address and an intermediate address and indicates whether latest data are successfully read out by a readout operation using the logical address and the intermediate address. A data move processing section performs move processing on data in the memory section. In the case where the flag stored in the third storage section indicates the readout success of the latest data during data move processing by the data move processing section, control means determines whether write is performed on the same logical address of the memory section during the move processing of the data and, in the case where write is performed, invalidates the move processing of the data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
