<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that can eliminate backlashes in two directions perpendicular to each other. <P>SOLUTION: In a housing 10 (first part) made of a synthetic resin, a pair of interference faces 17A, 17B that are symmetric about a virtual symmetrical axis S as well as inclined with respect to the virtual symmetrical axis S, and a receiving portion 16 for which a clearance is provided with respect to the interference faces 17A, 17B in the direction of the virtual symmetrical axis S, are formed. In both of upper and lower covers 21A, 21B (second parts) that constitute an electric wire cover 20 (second part) made of a synthetic resin, a pair of interference portions 27 that make contact with only a part of the pair of interference faces 17A, 17B, and a contacting portion 26 that makes contact with the receiving portion 16, are formed. In a state where the receiving portion 16 and the contacting portion 26 are in contact with each other as the housing 10 and the electric wire cover 20 are fitted to each other, a plastic deformation occurs as the pair of interference portions 27 make contact with the pair of interference faces 17A, 17B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
