<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal, a communication system and a communication program which can add a conference participant based on the permission given by an authorized person when receiving a connection request from another communication terminal during a teleconference. <P>SOLUTION: A communication terminal 14 transmits first request data to a communication terminal 13 among communication terminals 11, 12 and 13 executing a teleconference by peer-to-peer communication (S203). The communication device 13 sends back first response data storing an ID of a master communication terminal (communication terminal 11) to the communication terminal 14 (S205). The communication terminal 14 transmits second request data to the communication terminal 11 (S207). When the communication terminal 11 permits the communication terminal 14 to participate in the teleconference anew, the communication terminal 11 transmits second response data to the communication terminal 14 (S209).
