The ionizer has an electrode device comprising two needle-shaped electrodes (a, b) and connected to an alternating current (AC) voltage source. The needle-shaped electrodes are inserted into additional elements that are connected to a blower as nozzles for air or a gas, where radius of curvature of the electrodes is less than 500 micrometer. The nozzles are trained as electrical insulators, and high voltage from the voltage source is controllably changed to adjust blowing speed of the gas or the air. The two needle-shaped electrodes are arranged at minimum distance (d).
