PURPOSE: A bicycle is provided to continuously rotate a pair of sprockets connected each other by a chain without driving pedals because a clutch is arranged in a rotary shaft where the pedals are coupled. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle(100) comprises an one directional clutch(210) arranged in a rotary shaft(112) where pedals(107) are installed. The one directional clutch comprises a hub, a latch wheel, and a latch member. The hub is coupled and fixed in the rotary shaft. The latch wheel is rotatably coupled to the outer circumference of the hub. The latch member is installed in the hub.
