MEASURING APPARATUS FOR MEASURING OUTER DIAMETER OF OBJECT USING DISPLACEMENT SENSOR

PURPOSE: A device for measuring an external diameter using a displacement sensor is provided to rapidly and preciously measure an external diameter even though a position of an object is not place on an accurate measuring position and to improve the reliability of a product by supplying products proved as a fair quality only to a work site on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring an external diameter using a displacement sensor comprises a fixing frame(110), a stator(120), sensor fixing blocks(130), a displacement sensor(140), a driving member(150). The fixing frame comprises a work stage where an object is placed. The stator is installed in the fixing frame to be moved up and down, thereby supporting the object by pressing the upper part of the object. The sensor fixing blocks are arranged in both sides of the work stage to be faced each other. The displacement sensor comprises an elastic contactor. The elastic contactor independently reciprocates to contact to the end most part of the object. The displacement sensor sums each moving displacement generated until the elastic contactor contacts to the end most part of the object, thereby measuring an external diameter of the object.
