HYBRID TYPE HEATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A hybrid type cooling-and-heating system is provided to store high temperature water in a heat storage tank by converting condensation heat generated while operating of a cooling system in summer days into heat energy and to maximize heat efficiency caused by an increase of an initial temperature of hot water supply by supplying hot water with a supply module if necessary. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid type cooling-and-heating system comprises a cooling module, a heat storage tank, a bottom heating module, a hot water supplying module, and a controller. The bottom heating module supplies circulating water to a condenser. Hot water stored in the heat storage tank by being connected to the heat storage tank and the water circulating through heat exchange between the heat storage tank and condenser are supplied to the hot water supplying module. The controller comprises a plurality of three-way valves to selectively operate a water heating operation, a bottom heating operation, and a cooling operation.
