<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for blood transfusion, infusion or hemocatharsis, capable of detecting a suction defect of a pump not accompanied by the mix-in of air bubbles into a tube. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for blood transfusion, infusion or hemocatharsis includes: a tube 5 connected to a bag 3 by puncturing the bag 3 by a puncture needle 11; a pump 7 mounted on the tube 5; an air bubble sensor 9 provided with a recessed part 13 and mounted so as to closely attach the tube 5 and the recessed part 13 on the suction side of the pump 7; and a control part for receiving information transmitted from the air bubble sensor 9 and controlling the operation of the pump 7. When the tube 5 is elastically deformed by negative pressure generated inside the tube 5 on the suction side of the pump 7 and a gap is generated between the tube 5 and the air bubble sensor 9, the air bubble sensor 9 detects an air layer which is the gap as an air bubble and transmits the detection information to the control part, and thus the control part detects the occurrence of the suction defect of the pump 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
