<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing wear of an encoder 30b and shortening a distance between the detected surface of the encoder 30b and the detection part of a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: Seal lips 43b and 43c and the encoder 30b made of a rubber magnet are simultaneously vulcanized by the adhesives of similar types in an inner-diameter core metal 44 made of a nonmagnetic metal plate. A back yoke 46 made of a magnetic metal plate is bonded to the surface of the encoder 30b opposite to the inner-diameter core metal 44. With this structure, adhesion of foreign substances causing wear to the encoder 30b is prevented, and simultaneously the distance is shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
