<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology in an oscillation gyro sensor, etc., capable of creating a timing signal for a synchronous detection having nearly the same "H" interval and "L" interval even though a low frequency component of a driving monitor signal is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A timing signal output section 24 includes a low-pass filter 29, a comparator 30 and a first phase shifter 31. The comparator 30 converts the driving monitor signal to a binary signal by making the low frequency component of the driving monitor signal taken out by the low-pass filter 29 to the threshold. The first phase shifter 31 shifts the phase of the binary signal to output it as the timing signal for the synchronous detection. Since the comparator 30 converts the driving monitor signal to the binary signal by making the low frequency component of the driving monitor signal taken out by the low-pass filter 29 to the threshold, the binary signal having nearly the same "H" interval and "L" interval can be created even though the low frequency component of the driving monitor signal is changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
