<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to extract a belt-like part generated due to flicker with high accuracy, for example, when a fluorescent lamp gives the effect of a flicker to a mere part of a field. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a photoelectric conversion element that outputs a frame image signal by receiving a subject light flux; and a detection part that calculates a luminance evaluation value in each selected subregion in a frame from a plurality of frame image signals continuously output by the photoelectric conversion element and detects a flicker frequency of a light source existing in a field based on change of the calculated luminance evaluation value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
