<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately restrict access from a mobile station UE for each service type. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication method according to the invention includes: a step A in which a radio base station eNB gives notice of "ac-Barring For TYPE x" to restrict access depending on a type of an EPS bearer in a subordinate cell; and a step B in which a mobile station UE determines whether it transmits a call request or not depending on whether "ac-Barring For TYPE x" is notified or not corresponding to the type of the EPS bearer set to a destination APN of the call request in a standby cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
