<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic numerical table preparation device capable of improving preparation efficiency when preparing a new numerical table. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic numerical table preparation device which prepares a third electronic numerical table from first and second electronic numerical tables comprises a first transcription part 302 and a second transcription part 303. On each line of a first column of the third electronic numerical table, the first transcription part 302 transcribes a numerical value written in the corresponding line of the specific column on the first electronic numerical table.
