<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is capable of efficiently performing a similar image retrieval corresponding to the sensitivity of a user, and at the same time allows the user to utilize information acquired from a report corresponding to a similar image acquired by the similar image retrieval. <P>SOLUTION: A report preparation support device derives an image feature condition for identifying a plurality of diagnosis target images designated by a user as a same group (S611), determines a retrieval condition for similar images which are similar to the diagnosis target images using the derived image feature condition and retrieves one or more similar images satisfying the retrieval condition from a database (S612), and extracts an image remark which satisfies a predetermined condition from image remarks attached to the derived one or more similar images (S613, S614). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
