<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor and a semiconductor device capable of preventing leakage of internal secret information without providing a pin for inputting a predetermined signal for blocking input/output of data on a semiconductor chip, and without incorporating another processor in the semiconductor chip. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 2 includes: an address decoder 23 for controlling input of data from a JTAG-I/F 4 and output of data to the JTAG-I/F 4; an authentication unit 26 for executing a predetermined authentication process using the input password and a predetermined key, and outputting a predetermined authentication signal when the process is authenticated; and a selector 24 for controlling output of data to be output to the JTAG-I/F 4 according to the presence or absence of a predetermined authentication signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
